Crystal Renn Pictures | Crystal Renn’s book | Crystal Renn’s book reviews
Here are pictures of Crystal Renn whose new book HUNGRY is hitting stores. Crystal Renn the well-known plus sized model writes of her conflict with a business that sought models not her size.
Crystal Renn’s book is receiving huge reviews.
Lori Gottlieb, writer of Stick Figure: A Diary of My Former Self says of the book the follows:
“An eye-opening story for all women, Hungry explores the distinction between the fantasies that culture projects and the reality of what makes us joyful. Crystal Renn’s skill debunks the modern-day Cinderella tale of the fat girl who loses weight to get cheerful. This is a new fairy-tale, one in which a young lady embraces the size she’s supposed to be and the planet opens up for her.”
“Hungry offer an intelligent and personal look inside the modeling industry and into Crystal Renn’s spirit. Renn’s epiphany — that she didn’t have to be a size 0 to get success and cheerfulness — serves as a more influential portrait of strength and gorgeousness than anything a camera could capture.”
